Bridging the gap: how gender representation in obgyn residency programs compares to other specialties

The purpose of this study is to evaluate gender representation in OBGYN residency programs, compare it other specialties and assess for change disparity over time. Retrospective analysis. Data was collected from the AAMC Report on Residents 2018-2020, U.S. Canadian Medical School Graduates.
